An opening ceremony of a new mosque was held in the village of Srednyaya Korsa on Saturday. It was joyful event for both the residents of the village and Tatarstani Muslims at large.
The opening ceremony of the “Muhammad Vaf” mosque was attended by respected guests from Turkey. It is worthy to note that the mosque has been erected on the motherland of the renowned Tatarstani theologian Gabdennasir Kursavi.
The event was also attended by Chief Kazy of Tatarstan Jalil Hazrat Fazlyev, Deputy Mufti Rustam Hazrat Khayrullin, head of the Arsky municipal district Almas Nazirov, chairman of the World Congress of Tatars Rinat Zakirov, deputies of the State Council Farid Miftakhov and Islam Akhmetzyanov, as well as Imam-mukhtasib from neighboring areas, villagers and invited guests.
