Moscow calls for putting an end to supplying terrorists with weapons in Syria

Russian Foreign Ministry called for putting an end to supplying the armed terrorist groups in Syria with weapons.

The Russian Ministry, in a statement following the two terrorist explosions that took place in Homs Wednesday, strongly condemned this terrorist attack against civilians, hoping that international community and Security Council also condemn it.

The statement also pointed out that the cities and residential regions in Syria are coming under atacks of mortar shells fired by "gunmen", claiming the lives of many civilians in Damascus, Aleppo, Homs and Idleb.

"Russia affirms the need for confronting all forms of terrorism in Syria and halting the support of terrorists," the statement said.

It also denounced assassination of Father priest Frans van der Lugt at the hands of terrorists.

Two terrorist explosions took place in Homs on Wednesday, claiming the lives of 25 citizens, including children and women, and injuring 107 others, in addition to large ,material damage to the citizens' properties.
