(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Rights activists in Saudi Arabia confirmed on October 3rd that Waleed Abu al-Khair, a prominent and well-known activist had been arrested by the authorities after the regime decided his activism came in contradiction and direct violation with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom regarding political activism and national security.The London-based Institute for Human Rights in Saudi Arabia says al-Khair was taken into custody Wednesday in Jiddah, where he was holding discussion forums on Saudi affairs.
