(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - An improvised explosive device (IED) was revealed near a mosque in Buinaksk, Dagestan, in the early hours of Wednesday; the device went off while bomb disposal experts were starting to defuse it, the Dagestani Interior Ministry told Interfax.
"The IED went off while bomb disposal experts were starting to defuse it. No one was harmed," it said.
The scene of the incident has been cordoned off.
