(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A Shia Muslim was shot martyred in a targeted attack of Saudi-funded terrorists of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi in Karachi on Tuesday.
The notorious terrorists of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, offshoots of outlawed Taliban opened fire upon a Shiite namely Safdar Abbas near Star Gate, Shahrah-e-Faisal. As a result, he embraced martyrdom. His body was taken to hospital for autopsy.
It is relevant to add here that Shia Muslims are staging sit-in at more than 27 places in Karachi city. This show of strength of Shiites and huge support from almost all mainstream Sunni organizations and mainstream political parties to the sit-in protestors has confused the excommunicator elements. They resorted to violent tactics.
