"Iran is also to launch some heavy vessles in June, Vahidi said.
Pointing to construction of the costal waterway in Ramsar, he said Iran has always urged the Caspian Sea littoral countries to look at the sea as a Sea of peace and Friendship and not a military wateray.
Vahidi said once constructed the waterway can be used by all Caspian Sea littoral states.
