Book on Holy prophet Muhammad (PBUH) put on sale in Germany

The Book named “Muhammad “(PBUH) compiled by Professor Annemarie Schimmel (April 7, 1922 – January 26, 2003) has been recently put on sale in Germany. The author of the book tried to show the real picture of the Prophet of Islam and delineate his life style. He proposed some questions such as: Who was Mohammad from the historical view point? How he received the divine revelation? How quran came to him? How much he was effective in spreading Islam? what is his place among Muslims these days? The book of Muhammad was published in 96 pages, in 2002, by the Diederichs Verlag publication. Annemarie Schimmel, SI, HI, (April 7, 1922 – January 26, 2003) was a well known and very influential German Orientalist and scholar, who wrote extensively on Islam and Sufism.
