(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Members of an armed terrorist group killed on Saturday four citizens in al-Qadam neighborhood in the capital Damascus in an attempt to terrorize the inhabitants.

Police sources said the gunmen opened fire randomly, immediately killing Amin al-Masri, Abdul-Wahab al-Masri, Abdul-Muneim Ramadan and Hannoush al-Khudr and injuring a child who was near the place.

The sources added that the gunmen perpetrated their crime inside a popular neighborhood, took a side road and managed to flee away among the alleys and keep themselves out of sight, taking advantage of the inhabitants' panic and fear of firing.

The residents of the neighborhood said that the four citizens were waiting outside a warehouse to replace gas cylinders when fire was opened on them, thanking God for the absence of full gas cylinders outside which prevented a catastrophe.
