(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Second Vice-President Mohammad Karim Khalili appreciated and presented cash donations to six outstanding Holy Quran memorizers (Qaris) including Hujutul Islam Wal Muslimin Mohammad Amir Tuhedi and Jawad Ahmadyan two outstanding Qaris who have achieved marked services in teaching Holy Koran and in encouraging their students to memorize the Holy Koran.
Khalili also praised four youth Qaris including Ali Reza Danish, Ruh Amadyan, Mehdi Karimi and Amir Mehdi Akhlaqi. These Qaris in addition to gaining good place in international Holy Kuran competitions, they also gained first, second, third and fourth place in a competition held in Kabul recently as well.
He said that the Qaris can be good example for other youths of the country. At the meeting Qaris asked for support of the government towards the Qaris and facilitating their presence in international Holy Koran recitation competitions.
