(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told RIA Novosti that Saleh will have to spend up to six months in a hospital in Saudi Arabia.
Saleh was seriously injured in a rocket attack on his compound in the Yemeni capital Sana'a on June 3 and travelled to Saudi Arabia to receive medical treatment on June 4.
Last week, Saleh's spokesman, Ahmed al-Sufi, said that Saleh would hold a press conference within 48 hours, but Saleh never appeared.
