(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - MP Dr. Salah Al-Bardaweel, has raised doubts over the intentions behind the call of the International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC) on Hamas to reveal news about the captured Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, describing the call as a "security trick" to circumvent conditions of the swap deal.

In an interview with Quds Press, Bardaweel accused the Israeli occupation government of using an international organizations like the ICRC among others to mislead the international opinion and to cover for the crimes it commits against the Palestinian people on daily basis.

Nevertheless, Bardaweel said that the IOA and the world have received the Palestinian resistance's message and conditions to free Shalit, stressing that those conditions are for implementation only.

"It seems that the IOA was searching for a security entrance to know where Shalit is detained, but we tell them that the only way to have Shalit free is to immediately meet conditions of the prisoners' swap deal.

Another Hamas political leader Dr. Sami Abu Zuhri urged the ICRC not to fall in the Israeli trap, pointing out that Hamas proposed many initiatives over Shalit's issue but the Israelis rejected them.

Palestinian records reveals that nearly 7500 Palestinians, including women and children, are locked up in Israeli jails and detention centers for years now.
