(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A comparative study of Qur'anic verses related to Mahdi'ism is to be published to shed more light on the topic of the last savior in Qur'an from the view point of Shia and Sunni.

"A Comparative Study of Mahdi'ism Verses from the View of Shia and Sunni" is written by Hujjatul Islam Fathollah Najjarzadegan.

The third book in a row of comparative-analytic books, "A Comparative Study of Mahdi'ism Verses from the View of Shia and Sunni", is an analysis of the verses related to Mahdi'ism from the view of two main denominations of Islam, Shia and Sunni.

The book includes five chapters out of which the first chapter is a general discussion of the notion of savior in different religions.

The second and third chapters are analysis and evaluation on the views of Shia and Sunni.

The next chapter is specialized for two discussions, "Explanation of the Right Religion" and "Features of Religious-centered Era" so that it undergoes some differences on the meaning of the right religion and defines the features for the era of the last savior based on monotheism.

The fifth and last chapter of this book is a chapter to study the personality of Imam Mahdi (AS) based on his mission to revive Islam plus his features mentioned in the teachings of Shia and Sunni leading to a common point for both denominations and that is a common understanding of the last savior.
