(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Referring to gory developments in Yemen and Bahrain, Ayatollah Khatami said that Bahrain has turned into a big prison, while the US, Britain, and the Zionists manage and guide the torturers in Bahrain.
On the recent visit of the Zionist regime’s premier, Benjamin Netanyahu, to the US and his speech at the US Congress, the Tehran interim Friday Prayer leader said the US makes decisions under the influence of the lobby of Zionism.
Ayatollah Khatami further pointed out that the US president’s retreat from his remarks on the issue of Palestine showed that Barack Obama serves the Zionists.
In further remarks, Ayatollah Khatami said that detention of the CIA spies by Iran’s security forces is the sign of strength of Iran’s intelligence forces.
Moreover, Ayatollah Khatami mentioned the anniversary of liberation of the Iranian city of Khoramshahr during the imposed war, and added that liberation of this city showed that strong faith, and courageous resistance had the first say in the imposed war.
On the role of Iranian Parliament, Tehran’s interim Friday Prayer leader reminded that Parliament in Iran is of paramount importance, and, in Iran, people govern the affairs because all of the officials in Islamic Iran are the representatives of people.
