(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A ceremony was held yesterday, May 16, in Deoband City, India, to honor top Quran reciters of the city’s Dar-os-Salam school.
The ceremony was held at the school’s hall after Maghrib and Isha prayers.
It began with Quran recitation by reciter Maulana Jamaleddin and then Maulana Aslam Qasmi, education director of Deoband City’s Dar-ul-Olum gave a speech.
Mr. Ghasemi said the secret to humans’ success is learning and acting upon the teachings of the Holy Quran.
He added that all ways of success for Muslims is in the Quran and they can achieve success in life through implementing Quranic teachings.
At the end of the ceremony, the school’s top Quran reciters received prizes.
