(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Astan-e Quds Razavi has sent a collection of the works by martyr Mortaza Motahhari in the form of a software product to 32 countries.
According to Hojat-ol-Islam Ali Baqeri, head of the Office for Islamic Relations and Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan-e Quds, about 3 thousand foreign pilgrims attended the cultural programs of the holy shrine in Mashhad during the Nowruz.
“Educational sessions in various languages such as English and Arabic as well as a training course were held for female teachers from Saudi Arabia,” he said, referring to the plans implemented in Nowruz.
“Islamic and jurisprudential principles and Nowruz in Islamic culture were clarified for Arab, Urdu and Azeri speaking pilgrims at the holy shrine during the holidays.”
He added that about one thousand foreigners visited Quran Museum and the central exhibition of Astan-e Quds and became familiar with different parts of the holy shrine.
Referring to online activities of Astan-e Quds, he stated that the New Year ceremonies, speeches by the Supreme Leader, daily programs of the shrine and sessions for answering religious questions with presence of experts were some of the programs which went online at the website of the shrine and the New Year cards and software products were sent for 4 thousand pilgrims.
