According to Al-Ittihad News paper, some 60 Quran memorizers from various Quran institutes attended the course.
It was offered with the aim of improving the scientific and practical abilities of the memorizers as well as making them further familiar with the values of the holy Quran.
Regarding the qulaity of the classes as high, Taleb Al-Shahi, an official with the UAE's Islamic Affairs and Awqaf Organization, said in a statement that “A Quran memorizer plays a major role in society and ought to be a role model for the youths”.
The plan was implemented by the UAE's Islamic Affairs and Awqaf Organization.
