(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A special forum to examine the role of the Islamic Revolution in the promotion of the Quranic and Islamic culture was held at Hamadan’s University of Medical Sciences on February 8.

Organized by IQNA’s affiliation in Hamadan, the forum was addressed by Morteza Hassani Helm, the head of Prayer Committee in Hamadan province; he said independence was a major slogan chanted by people during the Iranian Islamic Revolution and that the matter is today one of the exigencies demanded by Egyptians.

Fighting for Justice is another theme appealed by Iranians in 1979, he added, noting that people were inspired by the Holy Quran’s teachings, provoking the anger of arrogant regimes. “This is also the case when it comes to Egyptian people.”

Elsewhere in his remarks, he pointed out Quran-based Education gives rise to self-awareness and self-confidence among individuals, resulting in the establishment of an ideal society designated by Islam.
