(AhlulBayt News Agency) - An 80-year-old Palestinian on Tuesday entered his 29th year in Israeli detention, the Gaza government Detainees' Ministry said.
Sami Younis is considered a Sheikh among detainees due in part to his age, the ministry said.
The father-of-five was detained in 1983 and sentenced to life imprisonment.
