(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Melika and Melina Mir-Gholikhan said in a video massage broadcast by Press TV on Wednesday “We want our mother to be freed from jail.”
The Mir-Gholikhan twins said "Our dear mother is innocent. We would like to ask all the people in the world and all the children to help us by writing letters to US President Mr. Obama."
They added “Our biggest wish is that our mother comes to us sooner and we live together happily.”
Shahrzad Mir-Gholikhan was arrested in the US in 2007 at the age of 26 after being forced to return to America from a vacation in Cyprus.
Shahrzad Mir-Gholikhan has now been in prison for nearly 3 years.
