Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), The final stage of Quran competition for military personnel in Saudi Arabia will kick off tomorrow in the capital Riyadh.
The contest will be held in the category of Quran memorization at different levels.
The organizing committee has allocated 650,000 Saudi rials for awarding winners of the competition, Mutab bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz deputy commander of the national Guards said.
He said that the contest is held with the aim of promoting Quranic teachings in the military and fostering the concept of moderation.
58 Quran memorizers from different sections of the Saudi military will attend the competition. It will run until June 23.
