A book on the holy prophet’s (PBUH) life will be taught at elementary and secondary schools in Russia.

Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), The book provides Russian readers with information on the life of the holy prophet (PBUH) based on the works of past and contemporary scholars, historians, hadith narrators and researchers.

According to Abuzar Ibrahimi, Iranian cultural attaché in the Russian Federation, the book is regarded as one of the best works published in Russia on the life of the prophet of Islam.

The book has been written at the request of the Council of Islamic Education to be taught at different school levels. It will also benefit those interested in Islamic sciences as well as experts in the field.

Most of Russians are Orthodox Christians. There are over 20 million Muslims living in Russia, mostly residing in the southern regions of the country.
