Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), Najaf, Iraq -- Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki arrived in Najaf on Saturday to meet with the highest Shiite clergy represented by Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali al-Sistani.
“As soon as he arrived in Najaf, al-Maliki went to meet Sistani,” a local source told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
