AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Abbas Masjedi, the head of the Legal Medicine Organization of Iran, on the sidelines of the commemoration ceremony for the 40th day of the martyrdom of Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, said, "The Judiciary, drawing on the experience gained from the 12-day war, provided all its services, particularly through the Legal Medicine Organization, to identify the bodies of the martyrs."
He added, "Across the country, over 3,000 people were martyred. Approximately 40 percent of the bodies were unidentifiable, but using the capabilities and capacity available within the Legal Medicine Organization, they were identified and handed over to the families of the martyrs."
