This official emphasized that the document published in some media outlets does not reflect the framework negotiated between the parties.
The senior official, speaking on condition of anonymity to Agence France-Presse (AFP), stated, "The document reported by the media is not the working framework of the negotiations."
He declined to provide further details, adding, "Out of respect for the negotiation process, we will not negotiate in public."
