AhlulBayt News Agency: There are narrations concerning Nowruz that are not consistent in terms of their chains of transmission; some are authentic while others are weak. It is not necessary for all narrations related to Nowruz to have completely authentic chains of transmission for the performance of its rituals to be considered legitimate. It is sufficient for a person to perform these acts with the intention of rajāʾ (seeking divine favor).
