AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In a message, Ayatollah Reza Ramazani, the Secretary-General of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, pledged his allegiance to Ayatollah Sayed Mojtaba Khamenei as the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and declared his own readiness, as well as that of the Assembly, to accompany, cooperate with, and follow his directives in the path of serving pure Muhammadan (p.b.u.h) Islam, the Islamic Revolution, and the Islamic Ummah.
The message is as follows:

«یَا أَیُّهَا الَّذِینَ آمَنُوا أَطِیعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِیعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِی الْأَمْرِ مِنْکُمْ»

During these days when the Islamic Ummah continues to mourn the martyrdom of the wise leader and mujahid of the Islamic Revolution, Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, the historic, courageous, and responsible decision of the Assembly of Leadership Experts in electing Your Excellency as the Valiye Faqih and Leader of the Islamic Revolution represents a clear manifestation of the dynamism of the sacred Islamic system and the continuation of the luminous path of guardianship during the Occultation of Imam Mahdi (a.s.).
The convening of the Assembly of Leadership Experts under sensitive and challenging circumstances and the reaching of this fateful decision has brought calm, confidence, and hope to the hearts of the great Iranian nation, the Shiites, and the free peoples of the world. Undoubtedly, this selection is based on Your Excellency’s outstanding scholarly, spiritual, and personal qualities, including your jurisprudential expertise and ijtihad, justice, wisdom, understanding contemporary issues, humbleness, popular spirit, and deep familiarity with the foundations, ideals, and path of the Islamic Revolution; qualities that guarantee the continuation of the path of Imam Khomeini (r.a.) and the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution.
I, once again offering my condolences on the martyrdom of that great leader to Imam Mahdi (a.s.), the Sources of Emulation, the seminaries, the noble people of Iran, and the Islamic Ummah, sincerely congratulate Your Excellency on your worthy election to the leadership of the Islamic Revolution. Declaring my allegiance and full adherence, I announce my own readiness, as well as that of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, to accompany, cooperate with, and follow your directives in the path of serving pure Muhammadan Islam (p.b.u.h), the Islamic Revolution, and the Islamic Ummah.
I beseech Almighty God for the continued success of Your Excellency, the dignity, honor, and unity of the Islamic Ummah, and the victory of the front of truth over the front of falsehood.
