AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Ayatollah Reza Ramaani, representative of Gilan’s people in the Assembly of Leadership Experts, in an interview following the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, expressed condolences to freedom-seeking people and Muslims worldwide, describing the incident as a major crime and a clear sign of the brutality of the global hegemony system. “The Islamic Republic of Iran, despite this immense loss, would suffer no breach or collapse, and the Iranian people would pass through this fitnah just as they had through previous trials,” he emphasized.
He stated regarding the martyred leader, “A personality who had no concern other than realizing justice, the lofty goals of the divine prophets, and who consistently moved along the path of human societal reform, has attained martyrdom.”
Ramazani further affirmed, “This great figure once wrote letters to young people in Europe, inviting them to stand on the side of the historical, the path meaning resistance against oppression, colonialism, exploitation, and modern slavery.”
He continued, “Today, the hegemony system is attempting to enslave nations in modern slavery; it humiliates them, threatens them, and seeks to force their surrender.”
He stressed, “Condolences must be extended to all Muslims worldwide and all freedom-seeking people, for the position of religious source of emulation (marjaiah) among Muslims, especially among Shiites and lovers of AhlulBayt (a.s.), is a sacred matter.”
Ayatollah Ramazani declared, “He was a graduate of the school of AhlulBayt (a.s.), the school of Imam Ali (a.s.), and the school of Imam Hussain (a.s.), a school that does not accept humiliation or servitude for humanity. After the martyrdom of this revered Imam, no breach will enter the Islamic Republic of Iran as a powerful nation.”
Ayatollah Ramazani stated, “Although we have paid and will continue to pay heavy costs, this system will not be defeated by such trials, and by God’s grace, it will overcome this sedition as well.”
Referring to recent atrocities, he said, “In these very days, over 160 children were martyred in a school in Minab, and many others were injured. For what sin were these children killed?”
He added, “Today, we are facing a civilization war, war against religion, Islam, and the Quran; a war accompanied by disrespect toward prophets, revelation, and the sacred scriptures of Muslims.”
Ayatollah Ramazani stated, “During the recent riots, Zionist agents set fire to Qurans, mosques, Hussainiyas, and seminaries, and led our youth to martyrdom.”
He stressed, “The people of Iran and freedom-seeking people of the world will take revenge for these crimes and the martyrdom of their revered Imam.”
Ayatollah Ramazani reminded, “The Islamic Republic had already experienced the martyrdom of the President, Prime Minister, members of parliament, Head of the Judiciary, and the Prosecutor. Only the leadership had not yet reached martyrdom, until now, this great cost was also paid.”
The member of the Assembly of Experts expressed hope that in this civilization war, the front of human and divine civilization would emerge victorious, and that the paramount concern of the late Imam, reform and awakening, would continue among today’s generation.
