AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Hojat al-Islam Mohsen Nakhai, representative of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly in Lebanon, emphasized in remarks delivered at a gathering of scholars, held on the occasion of the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, that the Islamic Revolution brought about a fundamental transformation in the history of the Islamic Ummah and overturned the prevailing equations of domination and submission.
The meeting was organized by the Lebanese representation of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) World Assembly, and held near the shrine of the martyred Hassan Nasrallah.
Referring to the nature of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, he stated that the revolution was not merely a political event but a project aimed at reviving human dignity and linking faith, jihad, responsibility, and ethics with politics. He described it as a living model of resistance, perseverance, and steadfastness against arrogance, regardless of the extent of its power and might, for the Islamic Ummah.
The representative of the AhlulBayt World Assembly in Lebanon added that the victory of the Islamic Revolution demonstrated to the world that believing nations, if they rise, will not be defeated, and if they place their trust in God, they will not be overcome by their enemies.
He also referred to the coincidence of the ceremony with the days of Sha‘ban and the anniversary of the birth of Imam Mahdi (a.s.), emphasizing that such occasions revive the spirit of conscious awaiting, readiness to support the truth, and the sense of responsibility of the Ummah at all times.
In conclusion, Nakhai stressed the necessity of unity and steadfastness along the line of resistance, declaring that the Islamic Ummah will remain on the path of resistance and will not yield to threats, blockades, or pressures imposed by its adversaries.
