AhlulBayt News Agency: A Palestinian teenager was fatally shot on Monday evening by Israeli occupation forces near the northern checkpoint in Qalqilya, located in the occupied West Bank.
Earlier that same evening, another young man was critically wounded after Israeli forces opened fire in a separate incident inside the city.
Medical sources confirmed that 18‑year‑old Mohammad Kamal Shreim, a resident of Qalqilya, was struck by gunfire while near the separation barrier close to the northern checkpoint and later succumbed to his injuries.
According to the same sources, Shreim suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was rushed to Darwish Nazzal Hospital, where his condition was initially described as critical before he was pronounced dead.
