Gaza Media Office: Israel Committed 1,520 Ceasefire Violations

The Gaza Government Media Office reported 1,520 Israeli violations of the ceasefire since October 2025, resulting in 559 deaths and 1,500 injuries—mostly civilians. The report highlighted widespread attacks, home demolitions, and severe restrictions on aid entry.

AhlulBayt News Agency: The Government Media Office (GMO) in Gaza announced on Wednesday that Israeli occupation forces committed 1,520 violations of the ceasefire agreement from its implementation on October 10, 2025, until today.

These violations resulted in 559 Palestinian casualties and 1,500 injuries, reflecting systematic breaches of the ceasefire terms and international humanitarian law.

According to the statement, these violations occurred over 115 days and included 522 shooting incidents, 73 incursions by military vehicles into residential areas, 704 airstrikes and targeted attacks, and 221 demolitions of homes and various structures.

The GMO emphasized that 99% of those killed were civilians, including 288 children, women, and elderly individuals, along with 268 men. Among the 1,500 injured, more than 900 were children, women, and seniors—many wounded inside residential neighborhoods far from any combat zones—raising the civilian injury rate to 99.2%.

The statement also reported that 50 Palestinians were arrested during this period, all from residential areas and outside designated ceasefire zones.

The GMO added that only 29,603 aid, trade, and fuel trucks entered Gaza out of an expected 69,000—just 43% of the required amount. Fuel trucks accounted for only 14% of the agreed-upon volume.

It further stated that Israel has not complied with humanitarian protocol obligations, including allowing tents, shelters, mobile homes, heavy machinery for rubble removal and recovery efforts, medical supplies, reopening the Rafah crossing, and operating the Gaza power plant.

The office also condemned ongoing violations along the yellow line (the buffer zone).

The GMO warned that continued violations severely undermine the ceasefire and worsen the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, holding Israel fully responsible for the deteriorating conditions and civilian deaths.

It called on the US President, mediators, the international community, and the United Nations to fulfill their legal and moral responsibilities by pressuring Israel to fully comply with the ceasefire, protect civilians, and allow the safe and immediate entry of aid and fuel into Gaza.
