AhlulBayt News Agency: The Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) Shrine Department, affiliated with the Al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine, has begun providing its health, security, and organizational services to the visitors during the Ziyarat mid-Sha'ban.
The head of the department, Mr. Adnan Ni'ma Al-Dha'if, said: "The department has begun providing a comprehensive package of health, security, and organizational services for the visitors coming to celebrate the half of Sha'ban in remembrance of the birth of Imam Al-Mahdi (may Allah hasten his holy reappearance) as part of a plan prepared in advance in cooperation with the relevant departments in the holy shrine."
He added that "the plan included facilitating the entry and exit of visitors, organizing their movement paths in the streets adjacent to the holy shrine, in addition to preparing service supplies, arranging the kiosks and safes, and preparing prayer areas, as well as coordinating with the medical affairs department to provide emergency services by establishing a medical unit to facilitate the treatment of visitors in emergency cases."
The head of the department indicated that "there is coordination with the Missing Persons Center to manage the cases of lost visitors, especially children, women, and the elderly."
Crowds of visitors from inside and outside Iraq celebrate the Ziyarat of mid-Sha'ban at the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them).
