AhlulBayt News Agency: The Supreme Cultural Revolution Council Secretariat issued a statement emphasizing that the definitive instigator of the riots in Iran is The United States, in direct collaboration with Mossad, and the main strategy in the recent riots is "severe and widespread violence" which requires respected families and all segments of society to clarify the enemy's plan for dear teenagers and youth, making the scene transparent for them.

The criminal U.S. government and the bloodthirsty Zionist regime suffered a heavy defeat in the 12-day war due to the strong national unity of the Iranian people. Therefore, over the past seven months, they have focused on the strategy of "destroying national unity among Iranians" in an attempt to provide the appropriate conditions for "retaliation against the nation and the Islamic Republic of Iran" and "restarting a hard military war with America's direct role in the disintegration of Iran." For this reason, they have identified the right to protest economic issues by some citizens as the best opportunity to achieve their goals and launched the "retaliation and disintegration" project. In this context, the following points are particularly important for "cognitive warriors":
The definitive instigator of the riots is America, guided by Donald Trump and in direct collaboration with Mossad, and all armed terrorist groups are involved.
The main strategy in the recent riots is "severe and widespread violence" with the following objectives:
- "Widespread killing of people" as a primary goal and "taking advantage of their emotions and sentiments" as a secondary one;
- "Damaging public property" to exacerbate economic problems;
- "Seizing and destroying military, security, media, and religious sites";
- "Expanding the scope of riots across the country" as success in these goals will lead to the start of a second military war with America's direct involvement.
The recent riot leaders are mainly organized and armed individuals who are fully trained for urban warfare.

Therefore, the future is bright, and with reliance on God, as in previous instances, victory is certain, and the Pharaoh will be drowned in the sea he himself entered. Consequently, with the increasing authority of the Islamic Republic of Iran, economic problems will also be resolved, one after another, through the grace of God, because authority and security are the most important infrastructure for economic progress.
