AhlulBayt News Agency: Hezbollah’s Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem declared that the Lebanese resistance will never yield to the dominance of the United States or the Israeli regime, calling the struggle against them “divine and unstoppable.” In a televised speech from Beirut on Monday night, he emphasized the group’s defensive stance and refusal to surrender to what he described as tyrannical powers.
He described the Israeli occupation of Lebanese land as temporary and asserted that its liberation is inevitable. “This land will remain noble, dignified, and free, by God’s will,” he said.
Sheikh Qassem characterized the resistance’s confrontation with the US and Israel as a just and sacred mission. He labeled Israel as a “criminal and oppressive entity” and the US as a “tyrannical force” seeking to destroy dignity worldwide.
He stressed that Hezbollah’s right to defend Lebanese territory is non-negotiable and rooted in justice. “We will not allow others to strip us of our rights for their own interests,” he said.
Qassem warned that both Israel and the US are exploiting current conditions to reshape the region to their advantage. He accused their supporters of pushing Lebanon toward disaster.
He called on all Lebanese citizens to prioritize national loyalty and reject foreign agendas, especially during this critical period. He concluded by saying that true dignity and justice will only be achieved when Lebanon is fully liberated from foreign influence.
