AhlulBayt News Agency: In a statement on Saturday, he said Israel's targeting of Iran’s nuclear facilities and residential zones violates the UN Charter and global norms.
Madani strongly blamed the United States for backing Israel, saying the attacks couldn’t have happened without American and Western support. “Israel is bullying the region and trampling on international laws,” the statement read, adding that “the United States is a merchant of arms and an enemy of humanity.”
He warned that both the U.S. and Israel are systematically targeting Muslim countries that try to build their own defense. “First, Iraq was crushed at Israel’s request. Now, it’s Iran's turn because it's trying to stand independently,” Madani said.
He also held the U.S. responsible for the destruction in Gaza, accusing it of enabling genocide and ethnic cleansing. “The U.S. wants Gaza emptied for Jewish resettlement,” he said.
Madani stressed that the current aggression, especially with full American backing, risks dragging the entire region into war. He called on Muslim nations and justice-seeking people worldwide to stand united against Israeli aggression and U.S. complicity.
“This is a critical moment,” he warned. “Unity is the only answer to stop these brutal hegemonic ambitions.”
