Hausa film stars meet Shekh Zakzaky in Abuja, Nigeria

A group of Hausa film stars visited Sayed Ibraheem Zakzaky in Abuja to seek guidance on aligning their work with Islamic values. Zakzaky encouraged them to use entertainment as a tool for education and inspiration. The visit highlighted the role of cinema in promoting Islamic ethics.

AhlulBayt News Agency: A group of artists, actors, and film stars from Hausa movies in Northern Nigeria visited the Leader of the Islamic Movement, Sayed Ibraheem Zakzaky, at his residence in Abuja on Thursday, May 28, 2025.

The visitors stated that their purpose was to seek advice and guidance from the Leader, as they had long been looking for such an opportunity. They expressed their desire to align their artistic activities with Islamic Sharia to promote ethics and Islamic values.

In response, Sayed Ibraheem Zakzaky advised the group to become true ambassadors of Islam by using entertainment as a means to educate and inspire Muslim communities. He emphasized that this is a crucial aspect of the entertainment industry, particularly when producing films that address issues affecting Muslims.
