AhlulBayt News Agency - The Syrian Arab Air Force (SAAF) launched a plethora of airstrikes over the southern countryside of Idlib on Tuesday, targeting Jund Al-Aqsa’s (Syrian Al-Qaeda group) defenses around the villages of Sukeek and Taman’ah.
According to a military source at the Hama Military Airport, several squadrons from the Syrian Air Force struck Sukeek and Taman’ah, killing a large number of Jund Al-Aqsa militants while also destroying at least 5 pick-up trucks mounted with anti-aircraft machine guns.
Sukeek and Taman’ah are located along the Hama border; this area has recently become a hotbed for military activity after local tribes threatened Jund Al-Aqsa’s presence inside several Idlibi villages.
