AhlulBayt News Agency: The leader of the Islamic Movement addressed a group of Preachers under the banner of “ Lajnah Tabligh” at his residence in Abuja on Wednesday, April 20th, 2025.
The group of preachers is Hawzah students from Iraq, Iran, and other places who concluded a three-day seminar in Zaria.
The leader described spreading knowledge as the most important role. He said the work is beyond preaching to a group of people; rather, it also involves teaching knowledge from books by opening classes at different levels, including classes for children.
He also describes preaching to cause disunity among the Ummah as a weapon used by the enemies against Islam. “The greatest fitnah facing the Muslim Ummah is ‘takfiri movement’- a group of people who call other Muslims unbelievers. …”
The Leader of the Islamic Movement further said that what is needed most now is to ensure Fudiyyah schools of the Islamic Movement stand on their feet.
He cleared the misconception regarding Jihad, even Sheikh Bn Fodio’s Da’wah was in stages, just like that of the holy Prophet (SAWA). It all starts with calling people to the path. Fighting with a sword has always been the last stage, not the first. It did not start with a sword, it was used for self-defense”…
