AhlulBayt News Agency: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance expanded its presence at international cultural events by distributing copies of the Holy Quran at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair. The initiative, carried out under the supervision of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), aimed to promote Islamic teachings and introduce visitors to the meticulous process of Quran printing.
The Qurans, produced by the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Medina, underwent rigorous scholarly supervision to ensure accuracy and high production standards. The ministry’s participation in the 2025 Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which ran from April 26 to May 5, reflected its commitment to fostering greater engagement with religious literature on global platforms.
Additionally, the ministry played a significant role in the 29th Muscat International Book Fair in Oman, where it organized Quran-focused activities tailored for children and school groups. Visitors at the fair explored the advanced printing techniques and quality control measures employed at the King Fahd Complex, deepening their understanding of the meticulous efforts involved in Quranic preservation.
Copies of the Quran were also distributed to young visitors attending the event with their teachers, offering them an opportunity to engage firsthand with Islamic scripture. The Muscat International Book Fair, held from April 24 to May 3, served as another key cultural avenue for the ministry to share Islamic knowledge and educational materials.
Through participation in such international book fairs, Saudi Arabia continues to provide platforms for scholarly exchange, allowing governments, publishers, and cultural institutions to interact with the public and highlight the significance of Islamic literature.
