After Ukraine, now Trump eyes on resources of weak countries – Jawad Naqvi

Head of Lahore’s “Urwatul Wusqa” institution warns that America after exploiting the mineral resources in Ukraine now eyes on mineral resources of weak countries like Pakistan

AhlulBayt News Agency: During a speech in Lahore, Hujjatul Islam Syed Jawad Naqvi warned that after exploiting the war crisis in Ukraine to seize its mineral wealth, the United States is now eyeing the land, mountains, and underground resources of weaker countries like Pakistan.

He said:

“America trapped Ukraine in war to pave the way for taking control of its valuable mineral resources. Now it wants to play the same game with other weak nations.”

He also pointed out:

“Donald Trump himself admitted that the world’s most precious metals and minerals, including uranium, are found in Ukraine. Now, under the shadow of war, the race to capture these treasures is underway.”

Jawad Naqvi cautioned that Pakistan’s land, mountains, and minerals are becoming the next target.

“America knows that countries like Pakistan have a weak economy, are buried under debt, and are incapable of withstanding sanctions.”

He explained:

“First, America starts a trade war, imposes tariffs, and then applies pressure saying — give us your minerals, and we will lift the sanctions.”

He expressed regret that some leaders of Pakistan seem ready to make such deals.

“The current Prime Minister, who always talks about his efforts and achievements, is now openly saying that he wants to pay off debts by selling the country’s mineral resources.”

He emphasized:

“This statement has come at a time when a U.S. delegation is in Pakistan, negotiations are ongoing, and there is a heavy atmosphere of pressure. Though this may sound hopeful on the surface, in reality, it is the selling off of the nation's roots.”

Naqvi also reminded that:

“Pakistan has already handed over part of its mineral wealth to China, and now America is also lining up. If we’re not alert, the mountains that could have sustained our future generations will become the property of global powers.”

In conclusion, he said:

“Trade wars, tariffs, and economic pressure are new forms of colonialism, aimed at forcing weak nations to surrender, seizing their resources, and robbing them of their independence.”
