AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Ayatollah Mohsen Faqihi, a member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, visited the editorial office of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) International News Agency – ABNA and was briefed on the activities of the agency.
During the visit, Ayatollah Faqihi attended a gathering with the agency’s journalists and delivered remarks regarding the mission of media outlets in the current global context and the importance of ethical conduct in journalism.
Expressing appreciation for the work being done, the member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom addressed the ABNA reporters, stating, “This news agency is rendering commendable services in various languages, and these efforts deserve gratitude and recognition.”
The professor at Qom seminary added, “In all our work, we must have the intention of seeking nearness to God. We must recognize that whatever we possess comes from the Almighty. We should remain steadfast on the path of God.”
He further stated, “Every word we write must be pleasing to God and Imam Mahdi (a.s.). We must follow a path that gains the satisfaction of Imam Mahdi (a.s.) and is endorsed by the Supreme Leader.”
Highlighting the importance of honesty and trustworthiness in the field of journalism, Ayatollah Faqihi noted, “If we uphold truthfulness and integrity in our speech and the dissemination of news, we can render great service to society.”
At the beginning of the visit, Hassan Sadraei Aref, Director of ABNA News Agency, presented a report on the activities of the various departments within the agency.
