AhlulBayt News Agency: The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continued their renewed assault on the Gaza Strip for the eighth consecutive day, launching intense air raids and barrages of artillery across the territory, targeting civilian homes and shelters.
The attacks mark another escalation in what has been widely described as a systematic campaign of collective punishment and mass killing against Gaza’s civilian population.
According to PIC reporters, residents across Gaza endured yet another harrowing night of relentless bombardment. Reports from medical sources confirmed that at least 20 Palestinians were killed since dawn on Tuesday in fresh Israeli attacks.
In the early hours of the morning, four people were killed and others wounded in an airstrike on the Al-Khour family home in the Sabra neighborhood of southern Gaza City. Civil defense teams reported further casualties after an Israeli strike targeted a residential building near Al-Farouq Mosque in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood.
In Khan Yunis, three members of the Deeb family—a father and his two children—were killed after Israeli aircraft targeted a tent sheltering displaced civilians in the Al-Mawasi area. South of the city, in Qizan Al-Najjar, brothers Obada and the child Wasim Ziyad Al-Najjar were killed when their family home was bombed.
One civilian was killed and others injured when an Israeli strike hit a chalet sheltering displaced persons in Al-Zawaida in central Gaza. Elsewhere, strikes targeted homes in Abu Taima in eastern Khan Yunis, injuring several residents.
Eight members of the Abu Al-Rous family were killed and others injured in an airstrike that hit their home in Block 7 of Al-Bureij refugee camp, also in central Gaza. In Deir Al-Balah, one woman was killed and several others wounded following an Israeli attack on a house in Al-Nakheel Street.
Shortly after midnight, five members of the Inshasi family, including a couple and their three children—Mohammed, An’am, and their sons Mohammed, Ibrahim, and Ahmad—were killed in an Israeli attack on a displacement tent in Hamad City, north of Khan Yunis.
Meanwhile, two civilians were injured in an Israeli drone strike in the Musabih area, north of Rafah.
Since the resumption of IOF hostilities on 18 March 2025, over 700 Palestinians have been killed and more than 1,200 injured—predominantly women and children.
These attacks form part of an ongoing genocidal war launched by Israeli forces on 7 October 2023, which has so far resulted in over 163,000 Palestinian casualties, including those killed and wounded. More than 14,000 individuals remain missing, many believed to be trapped under rubble or unaccounted for due to the collapse of emergency response capabilities.
