"The celebration began with the recitation of Quranic verses and prayers, and included the presentation of various religious and cultural events,"said the head of the division, Mrs. 'Adhrae al-Shami.
She added that"the holy shrine has taken care of the activities and events that come on the occasion of the revival of the birtha nniversaries of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), which is part of its annual program and various activities".
Al-Shami explained that "the Celebration presented aspects of the knowledge, practical and religious life of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her), followed by the delivery of some poetic chants with the participation of the Hussayni Public Speaking Division and a chanting band from the Fadak Religious School, and the distribution of prizes of the Rayhana al-Tohr competition."
The ceremony concluded, according to the official of the Religious Guidance Division, "by honoring a number of retired women in the Zainabiyat Division at the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine, by the head of the division; Mrs. Sawsan Ahmad, in appreciation of their efforts exerted in the service of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and his visitors throughout their service period".
