AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A new translation of the Holy Quran into the Russian language was published in Moscow.
The rendering by Boris Nurik was published by Sadra Publications in cooperation with the Tehran-based Payam-e Edalat Publication and with the support of the Moscow-based Ibn Sina Culture Research Foundation.
The 365-page translation also includes the original text of the Quran in Arabic written in Othman Taha script, bringing the total number of pages to 740.
It also includes very beautiful Tazhib (illumination) decorations as well as leather cover.
The work has been proofread and approved by Iran’s Dar-ol-Quran Karim Organization.
The Ibn Sina Islamic Culture Research Foundation has so far published over 340 works in areas such as Quranic and Islamic sciences, history of Islam, philosophy, Islamic mysticism, Islamic law and economics, and Persian literature.
