AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Iranian Foreign Minister has reiterated any extra-regional presence in the Persian Gulf is by definition source of insecurity, as the UK announced that it would join the so-called US initiative to provide security in the regional waters.
Mohammad Javad Zarif wrote on Twitter on Friday that the Persian Gulf is amog the top national security priorities for Iran.
Iran has also warned about Israel's presence in the Persian Gulf and said the regime and its American ally will be responsible for any consequences resulting from the US’ so-called maritime coalition in the region.
