If any Iraqi government takes a step against Iran, it will be toppled in some few weeks

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Engineer ash-Shimmari, emphasizing upon the tight links between Iran and Iraq, reiterated, ‎‎“Americans know that if any Iraqi government take a step against Iran, it will be toppled in some few ‎weeks.‎

According to the report of al-Nujaba’s Centre for Relations and Media Affairs in Iran, the spokesman of ‎al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance met the supreme leader’s representative to the Supreme Council of ‎National Security on the third day of his visit of Iran.‎

On Monday, engineer Nasr ash-Shimmari, visiting Dr Saeed Jalili, described the victories attained by ‎Iran as a source of honour for world Muslims and then said, “The Islamic Republic of Iran, achieving ‎these victories, has taken the arrogant power down a peg or two.”‎

Pointing to the US sanctions against the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (IPMF), he added, “The IPMF ‎is now the enemy of the US, and the US inserts some Sunni figures into its sanction list under the ‎pretext of having links with the IPMF.”‎

Denouncing the US embassy’s meddling with the Iraqi internal affairs, al-Nujaba’s spokesman stated, ‎‎“We have named the US embassy in Baghdad “the Den of Espionage”. When protests were held in ‎Basra, the IPMF attempted to handle the situation, however, the US consulate intervened and ‎directed the protests towards the IPMF’s headquarters and the Iranian consulate.”

Ash-Shimmari pointed out, “The US embassy has organized some media activists in Iraq for impugning ‎the Islamic values such as Haj and Arbaein. Therefore, in response, al-Nujaba has also trained a group ‎of media activists to foil the soft warfare and negative propaganda of the enemy, though our ‎equipment and means aren’t comparable to those owned by the enemy.”‎

He further stated, “In order to ruin our image, the US introduces the IPMF as affiliated with the ‎Guardian of the Islamic Jurist, but, nonetheless, it is an honour for us to follow the Guardian of the ‎Islamic Jurist.”‎

The deputy secretary-general of al-Nujaba, saying that the IPMF’s brigades are directly under the ‎command of the Iraqi military forces commander-in-chief, stressed, “The IPMF is formed of a ‎thousand combatants who are members of the Resistance groups, besides, compared to other forces, ‎they are more obedient to the commander-in-chief.”‎

During the meeting with Dr Jalili, Engineer ash-Shimmari introduced the cultural-social activities and ‎frustration of the enemies’ soft warfare strategies as the future strategy of al-Nujaba Islamic ‎Resistance.

Finally, he explicated, “There are some tough links between Iran and Iraq, we never let our country be ‎a part of the US anti-Iran puzzle and sanctions. Americans know that if any Iraqi government take a ‎step against Iran, it will be toppled in some few weeks.”‎
