(ABNA24.com) Astan Quds Razavi’s Deputy Office for Non-Iranian Pilgrims’ Affairs has published 24 book titles, special for foreign pilgrims, on introducing Imam Reza’s conduct and character.
“Owing to the large number of foreign pilgrims and devotees paying visits to Imam Reza’s holy shrine, the books and cultural products department of the AQR Office for Islamic Communications has recently published 24 books with a circulation of more than 36,500 copies,” the director of Non-Iranian Pilgrims’ Affairs said.
Hasheminejad stated that promotion of the awareness of non-Iranian pilgrims, disseminating the principles of Islam, clarification of teachings by the Infallible Imams (AS), especially Imam Reza’s family, are among important duties of the establishment.
“The products of this management office toward dissemination of Islamic knowledge and Razavi conduct are subject to the policies of AQR Publicity Department, focusing on Quran, the Infallible Imams and the Islamic Revolution,” he noted.
He then pointed to the production of the works in 10 languages of Arabic, English, Spanish, Japanese, Tajik, Sindhi, Turkish, Russian, Azeri and Urdu some of which are dubbed “Traveling with the Sun,” “Light Sanctum,” “Pilgrimage in View of Sunnis”, “Forty Traditions for Spouses,” “Sunshine Collection” and Al-Noor 14-Volume collection for Children.
In conclusion, Hasheminejad added that providing cultural products tailored to the needs of pilgrims in order to promote spiritual perfection, guiding and responding to non-Iranian pilgrims’ questions, the development and promotion of Islamic culture and teachings are amidst the objectives that the office is attempting to achieve by publishing and distributing books which in turn, will contribute to the spiritual and intellectual demands of the pilgrims.
