900 pilgrims from Azerbaijan, Turkey attend Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine

Some 600 Azerbaijani and 300 Turkish pilgrims visited Razavi holy shrine on the anniversary of Hazrat Zahra’s (SA) birth.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Some 600 Azerbaijani and 300 Turkish pilgrims visited Razavi holy shrine on the anniversary of Hazrat Zahra’s (SA) birth.

Cultural programs had been organized by the management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi at the Sheikh Horre Ameli portico.

The head of the Heidaris convoy from Azerbaijan stated that “Many pilgrims endured this journey’s difficulties due to the financial and economic conditions in order to visit this gracious Imam with love and affection.”

Aram L Bruce noted that their presence in Mashhad is simply because of the pilgrimage of Imam Reza (AS), adding that “Many of us Shia Muslims come to holy city of Mashhad for love, devotion and kindness and are blessed with his endless generosity by attending his holy shrine. We are grateful to him and dedicate our lives and wealth to [Imam Reza (AS)].”
Referring to the miracles of Imam Reza (AS), he continued that “there is undoubtedly no greater pleasure than pilgrimage.”

The management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi offered some valuable gifts, including chador and holy Quran to the ladies named Zahra and Fatima.
