AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Israeli forces shot and killed a Palestinian minor and injured at least 41 other Palestinians, on Friday afternoon, as they suppressed weekly protests in the besieged Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed that 15-year-old Youssef Said Hussein al-Dayeh was shot in the chest with a live bullet, during protests in eastern Gaza City, before being pronounced dead shortly after.
Israeli forces suppressed Palestinian protesters who gathered at several return camps alongside the eastern borders of the Gaza Strip, injuring more than 41 protesters.
A Palestinian youth was injured with a tear-gas canister in the neck in eastern Khan Younis.
"The Great March of Return" protests were launched on March 30th by thousands of Palestinian civilians in Gaza -- which has suffered from a decade-long Israeli siege -- who took to the borders to demand their right of return as refugees to their original homelands, now in present-day Israel.
