AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The head of Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Mohammad Ali Al-Houthi, said that the raids on Sana’a were the result of American support, participation and encouragement for its Saudi-UAE alliance, adding that the bombing of Sanaa is not new to aggression that violates international law.
Al-Houthi stressed in a tweet on his Twitter account that the the US-Saudi raids on Sana’a no longer scare the Yemeni people.
Al-Houthi remarks came after the US-Saudi aerial aggression carried out deadly air raids against 15 targets, including a food factory, in Yemen’s west-central Sana’a Province. At least two people lost their lives after the aggression struck a sponge factory in the province overnight on Sunday. The aggression also launched four raids on September-21st Park in the capital.
For his part, a member of Ansarullah’s Political Bureau, Ali Al-Quhoom, said that the countries of aggression escalate and prepare for heavy bombing in the capital Sana'a and other areas, describing the aerial attacks as a joint “US-Saudi” act of aggression.
“The US has directed and prepared for these operations in Sana'a and other areas,” said Al-Quhoom,.
“We will escalate in response,” said the official, adding that the Yemeni nation, Army and Popular committees will continue to defend the country’s people, territory and identity in the face of the Saudi-led military campaign.
