In the ceremony that was held on Tuesday before noon, a number of ministers, vice-presidents, heads of executive organs and staff of the presidential office took part.
At the end of the ceremony, the noon and afternoon prayers were led by Hojjatoleslam val-Moslemin Dr Hassan Rouhani.
